Paypal limited account without Ebay involved
 

Lately, I have been using alternative source to sell a few item since my ebay got limited a while back. I think this was due to the reason where I reached my selling limit and created a new ebay account with the same paypal (all these was before I learned about stealth accounts and reading the stealth guide). Yesterday, I received an email saying that my PP has been limited without stating when or what can I do to get my money back. My questions are, what is the amount of dollars that you receive within a short period that could possibly trigger the system and limit your account? and how much should you ONLY be receiving within a month period? For the past month, from selling on alternative source, I've able to bring in around $1000 in sales. So i am guessing it doesn't matter if ebay is involve, if you are receiving a decent amount of money within a short period, this could also get your account limited? I apologize if someone already posted a similar question on here already.. i couldn't find anything similar to this.

First off - if there are no steps listed for removing the limitation it is most likely the account is gone for good and theres nothing that can be done about it. The funds in it will be held for 180 and after that youll be able to withdraw them.
There are no set answers to your other questions. Any amount can trigger it (although of course the higher the amount the higher the probability) - even a small one if it comes from a dubious source. Also, don't forget that your suspended ebay account is linked to this paypal account. It is very common for the paypal account to be limited along with the ebay account or shortly thereafter. In your case they 'suckered' you into getting more funds into the account before limiting it. Now they get to hold more of your money for 180 days and make some interest on it.
Do EVERYTHING stealth. Make sure you have no links whatsoever to previously used information. That's the only way to operate.

Any amount can trip a limitation for on or off ebay.

If paypal flags the account, that's what happens.

So long as they tell you they are not doing business with you, and there are no issues, the funds should be released in 180 days.

Time to start new and stealth.

They're not denying their service with me right now. But they are asking for my ID, Proof of address, Business ID, Invoice, Billing statement... not sure what to do now..is the 180 days still apply? thanks
