Withdraw funds?
 

I am from the USA and have about 1k in my paypal. Is there any way I can withdraw these funds? I got this message today:

Your PayPal account has been limited because we've noticed recent changes in the way you are exiting funds from your PayPal account. As your payment processor, we need to better understand these changes and how they relate to your sales.

What does this mean?

This account limitation will affect your ability to:

send money
withdraw money
Additionally, you cannot:
remove any bank accounts
remove credit cards
close your account
What to do next

Please log in to your PayPal account and visit the Resolution Center before January 9, 2015 to provide the requested information. If we don't receive this information before January 9, 2015 or we notice additional significant changes in your account activity, your account access may be further limited.

Once we receive and review your documentation, we will email you regarding the status of your account.

Have you been transferring large or unusual sums of money out? also, have you been transferring to other PayPals you own?

It was because yesterday I sent $100 to my college Roomate. Same IP address but not me.

Well there u go, same IP basically did it. PayPal thinks your sending money to yourself.

I understand why it happened but now I was wondering what I can do to get my funds. They are asking for many documents and I don't have them. Will I be able to access them in 180 days?

You either get the documents or wait for them to actually Limit you completely. the 180 Days start the day you receive the Full Limitation Email.

Have you tried withdrawing funds? That is an incredibly vague email.

What documents are they asking for? Your PayPal documents or the other account?

It won't let me withdraw my money. It states it in the email that I am not allowed to

Photo ID, bank account statement, credit card statement, proof of address, proof of invoices, supplier contact info, provide business information, proof of delivery

I WILL PAY ANYONE TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE FOR ME

This is not something money or anyone else can solve, pretty much that account is dead, wait the 180 days to get the money out and learn from it, no sending money to other PayPal accounts, especially one you knew had the same IP
