Paypal limit immediately when i add bank account
I just got limit right after i added the bank account ( VBA) !
Only 1 step limit: Confirm Identity Limit !
And then I add my cell phone number and confirm and all done !
And in the next day it came 4 more steps:

I used stealth information to create so no way to give Photo ID or bank statement
It is new account and I tried 4 time and all got limit ( different IP, computer, information each time )
Does any1 know how to pass it or have the same problem ? |
