PayPal limited. Need to validate my Account information
 

Hello!
Recently account got limited, and there is required:
Validate your Account Information (We need to confirm that your phone number matches your address.)

I press resolve

Appeal limitation and resolve account issues
Please provide the documents requested below. We'll review your account status after we receive the information we've requested.Please provide the documents requested below. We'll review your account status after we receive the information we've requested.

Confirm location (they're asking to add a Credit Card)

If you'd prefer, there are alternative ways to provide information:
Photo ID
Provide proof of address

So I bought here VCC and tried to add it, nothing happened. "You can not add Your card at this moment, Phone confirmation failed" - some bullsh** like this. But card is now added, but limits are still in place.

I go to my account details, to check my card, and there is something like "confirm or verify Your card", I pressed it, and now I am on page where PayPal is asking me to add a bank account.
What is going on?

Go to paypal wallet section and there should be a part to.click on to verify or confirm card.
Do.you.have a bank account added. As this would need verifying.
Then the.vcc would need confirming.
Im from the uk so hope this set up is the same for your.country. i guess you might want to stick around and wait for some more replies :-)

I am using UK stealth account. So You're saying that I need to link bank account, and after this to confirm my VCC?

The VCC you used is no good for that type of limitation. You need a full AVS VCC. You will also need a landline phone number.

If it is a UK account, you need to add a bank account and vcc in order to confirm address.
But as ebayorbust says it will not work on a limited account if you have not added a full avs vcc.

I personally always find the easier option is to not click confirm phone number etc. but click 'Confirm Address' and quickly upload a Utility bill. Lifted in 24 hours. Always works for me.

Saves you having to go and get a visa card and buy a landline area specific number OP.

You mean AVS VCC like Entropay?
I think I could register Entropay by myself, did it once, but got limited there after sending 5 GBP from my real MC to Eprtopay VISA. I think this happened because name on real card mismathed name on registered VCC on Entropay.
Has someone used Sonetel before for PP?

Does anybody sell AVS VCC? I mean verified merchants only.

You can register for Entropay and try that, even for future accounts. I recently went through that account limitation step and it was an Entropay card linked to the account.

Entropay will not work for these sorts of limitations. Wrong type of VCC
