Removing limits from PP
 

Hello comrades!

Recently one of my stealth accounts was limited, and I needed to confirm my location. One option was to upload docs. So I uploaded utility bill, and it says "Documents received - Accepted" and shows "Complete", but limits are still in place.
I waited for few days, and decided to call them, they told me that docs are under review, and (as always) they will contact me in 24 hours with their decision.
I don't get it - why it shows Accepted, and Complete if it's still under review?
Usually it shows "In Progress" or something.
What do You think was that?

I could be wrong, but your account will be shut down. If you call usually they lift the limit if everything match

Well, I will post here their verdict as soon as I will receive an e-mail from them

Not yet. It wasn't required. Is it urgent in this situation?

I've planned to add Bank account and to remove withdrawal limits, after this limitation is removed.

I have a real Bank Account from UK, so I don't want to add it, and if after this doc review they will close my stealth account, I will lose my bank account as well. But it's not that easy to get a real Bank account in the UK when You're in Latvia.

Ok, I go to the Resolution center, to take all steps, and there's nothing required!

What should I do? Should I just go to my profile setup, and add some more information, as well as Bank Account, or what?

log out, log back in. There should be the limitation message. Does it say 'This cannot be appealed against' ?
