I've had enough of this crap...........
 

Does anybody know where i can have access to the email addresses of higher up paypal officials within the UK.
It has been almost 3 weeks now and had absoloutely nothing done not even a email. I've been down to my local governor and had a talk with him he was honest and said there will be very little i can do but i can ensure that i can publicize this situation.

Can anybody give me the email addresses of higher up paypal officials please?


Really very appreciated



P.S. If anybody has a way i can get the money without waiting for 180 days please by all means PM me

Yes have phoned them aswell its like playing musical chairs thought passed around and nobody has a clue whats going on.
I need my funds released, i have not even had a email since the day i was limited.

Yes, However i'm really pi**ed of buddy because the lad on the phone word for word said

"I'm going to send you a email now and you need to click on the link and attach a bill or proof of address and if you do it now i can review it within 6 hours and release your funds"

So i'm holding them to that

Keep in mind, that 180 gets reset every time they review it. The more you bother them, the longer that 180 days comes. Also keep in mind, they don't even have to give you funds if you do not do everything they ask. They are not a bank and do not follow banking laws. They are a private corporation.

That is just not going to happen. PP will say a lot of crap to get you off the phone.

Your just going to have to wait out the 180 days and hopefully you will get the funds.

Gosh...i didnt know that so thanks for mentioning that.
I gave up emailing paypal long.ago....sick to death of stupid automated replies back.
I havent.called or messaged since mine was limited and the.180 days are soon up. I think of it as a savings account now lol

Ive only got a £100 in mine....but i wouldnt waste my time phoning them.coz that will cost you too. Cant see the point in my.case of haggling over releasing my little.£100 and spend £30 calling them.

ive now had 2 accounts permanently banned. no phone call no sending in documents will help mate. truth is people need to realise that paypal can and do what they want when they want and theres little people can do. what we all need to do is stop using them. there will be a point where they have surely limited evryone worldwide. They are currently on a mission. now got 3.5k locked in total. absolutely furious.

they will make false promises. You can complain to a supervisor to them meet the same level of intelligence as a school kid.

It sounds a long time 180 days but it passes. My 180 days is up a week after my sons 18th :-(

The only way to get them to release your funds is to threat legal action. However, I don't know if this is the case in the UK. The email for the higher up people in PayPal is: executiveoffice@paypal.com

Try that and see how it goes.

I just lost over £1k of funds in my PayPal account. Was hit with the 180 day ban around 4 months ago and I logged into the account last week just to see the status of it only to find PayPal had reversed over £1k's worth of transactions back to the buyers despite no claims or complaints.

Yes this happened to me on my MAIN personal PayPal account bud last week. Over 2 years old year old PayPal, no issues at all on it. 180 day limitation.

I had hundreds of ££ in sales money in there, ready to withdraw. Got hit with the limitation everyone is getting and before I knew it all the payments had been reversed back to the buyer. These were NOT eBay transactions though.

They are a usury LEGAL fraud company, they HIDE behind there TERMS and PRIVACY Policy and they lobby the US, UK + EU governments heavily. This is why they can do what they allowed to do, we not going to do anything about it, because we do not have the capital which they have. The best solution is not to depend on them. Or pack up and do another kind of business.

The one way sellers could take control back is to Organize. I have no idea how it could be done but I'm sure the right person or people could pull it off

That way if paypal wants to hold funds for 180 days , and wont negotiate, than all Sellers stop Selling

Again it's e commerce so I'm not sure how you could organize all the sellers and than basically would need to stop New sellers from just joining and taking everyone's place, but anything can be done , if enough sellers are working together And just all at once stop selling than I'm sure it would disrupt things enough to make policy change

The only company which can hit them hard is aliexpress along with alipay, the chinese are not stupid, they can run circles around paypal, which they are doing in china. For example some of the PP offices in China have closed down because they make it much more difficult for foreigner companies and they call up the sellers why not taking paypal? Because your a usury company?
