I opened a paypal account and was selling items. Now i am limited. So I opened a new one and they limited that one as well. They said I broke the user agreement. I need paypal how can i get a new one? I just want it for the few sales and to do shipping labels.

It is worth the price for the stealth book. Written so a new user can understand and is the way to go even if you only want a simple account As TGMT said even if you buy a account you will need to understand the basics on how to use it or it will be burned just like your pp account

right now no where online. I just want it to print shipping labels and send the random invoice.

i cleaned my cookies, cleared my history. Going to reset my ip address. Then should i be okay to create a new one? Also i won't re-log into my closed ones from home.

I will use a prepaid credit card and a tracphone #.

Are you using ebay or trading off ebay?

If you are using ebay, you should not attach another paypal to that account.

Tell us what you are doing.

You seem intent on doing what you want and not paying attention to the questions we are asking.

If you are losing paypal accounts all the time, you are doing something wrong. Should we get more info we might point you in the right direction.

Non ebay. I have a few friends who i send money requests to hence random invoice.

I won't be linking paypal to any website to sell anything. I used to have it linked to a non-ebay site.

You are not making accounts correctly.

You must be sure of having a new IP. There's a chance you are using the same range of IPs but with new info.

You have to appear new..

If you have the same pattern of payments you could get flagged.

tell us the ISP, VCC used & expand what else you do.

yep a new user account would be better than cleaning cookies all the time pp likes to see cookies .. Stealth books really starts from the beginning and walks you through every step .I even bought a friend a copy that refused to listen to me now he lives the stealth book :)

Uhm ye guys the stealth book is good.
But we're also blessed to have a brain, arent we.
Always bare in mind paypal is a LTD organization, they for sure are interessted in getting their customers and merchants satisfied, but even more they are interessted in making profit. It's a constant risk, win, loss calculation for them.

But yeah based on the complexity of your question Haha. :FF: , buy the stealth book, it will definitely help you

Probably because it's easier to kill a bunch of PayPals and then come here to ask how fix them.
