Perma Limit - After 180 days
 

Hey people,
just got my Paypal perma(nently) limited.
Now, I'm quite just for the majority of regulated jurisdictions the money will definitely be released either somewhen before 180 or somewhen not too infinitely after 180 days. That's good.
However, a question coming up there. For eu paypals I've seen after the 180 days paypal gave the possibility to either withdraw or send to another paypal.
Now hows that handled with paypal us, can i send to another paypal also after 180 adys?I wouldn't mind spending the money on paypal for new year.

If the account has been limited like that I don't believe youll be able to send the funds to anyone. Kinda negates then whole point of limiting the account.
The only option youll get after 180 is to cash the funds out to your attached bank account.

I never understood the 180 days rule... so If im thinking correctly. if you have a p.p account that has been limited you would wait 180 days and all the limits are dropped? is this correct?

Well I didn't mean to spend but rather to just send as last one to another PP.
So just to get it confirmed, it's not possible as additional option to withdraw to send to another PP in paypal us, correct?
As to me, this wouldnt really negate anything but rather give paypal the option to keep the money even longer (if the person sends to another paypal). So it would be to their advantage actually, wouldnt it?


The account is perma limited. Means they will want to get rid of the account and release the funds.

You will NOT be able to send the money. That's the whole point of it being limited.
Also, even if you could send it would you? the Only result of that would be that the account you sent the payment to would be instantly linked to your limited account and instantly limited itself - with your funds now being held for yet another 180 days.
Not the right move.
The only way to do things properly (and incidentally the only option available - unless you count receiving a check as an option) is to withdraw the funds to your bank account.

Dont ever be fooled by that dangerous move.

Other paypal becomes linked and a high risk too of being limited.

Well , got some plans. ;) idk,but i guess its also depending on the reason of the limitation. it was as of suspicious activity (gotta admit some sh*t went wrong), but not of fraud or any other crap like that. so the funds themselves are not to be rated as 'black'.
It's weird from paypal tho bizness going good, then a cutoff. Happy christmas, my arse.

Do they actually email you when they perma limit you? How can I check if i'm perma limited?
