Using my card for brothers paypal when perm limited
 

My paypal was permanently limited 6-8mths ago due to an ebay issue. Ebay remains open PP was permanently limited.

My bro lives at another address. Can I add a card in my name and address (but this card wasnt used when on my own PP before it got closed down) on his account, or will I jeopardise his account by doing so?

Also what if he uses his account from my house occassionally, does he risk being banned then as the IP would be my IP when I got banned.

You should leave your brothers account of it it all together. You will run the risk of getting his account shut down.

The fact youll be adding your address on his account will cause the link. Don't try it.
And yes if he uses his account from your house theres also the risk of a link due to IP. If he uses your computer to do so the possibility of a link is even greater due to the cookies and flash cookies on your computer which relate to the banned account.

Welcome to the forums. Your ideas are not good - what are you trying to do exactly? Keep the eb as a selling account? How would you receive funds...no working PP...

Im not a seller. My ideas are simply buying the odd item off ebay for personal use that is alll.
