Default PayPal Limited (Asking for Proof of shipping, invoices, business plan etc.)

Hey, i'm new here, but I have been selling on eBay for like 6-7months, the PayPal and eBay accounts are my friends, they were created on 2011. Both accounts are business, cash flow is like 15k GBP per month, didnt had any other limitations on either of these accounts

Yesterday I have received two emails from PayPal, one of them was this email:

Dear X X ,

As a part of our commitment to providing the best possible experience for buyers and sellers, we perform routine reviews of merchant accounts.

We’re currently reviewing your account and tried to call you about this on , however we couldn’t reach you directly.

To allow time to work together on this, we've temporarily limited what you can do with your account until you provide the information below and take the actions listed.

- Proof of shipping

o Provide proof of delivery for the following transactions received into your PayPal account:

(5 Transaction ID's)

For the fastest results please do not fax tracking information. If you used a delivery company that offers online tracking, you can quickly and conveniently add tracking information for these transactions through your PayPal account, as follows:

1. Go to www.paypal.com/uk and log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click ‘History’ near the top of the page.
3. Find the transaction you want to send tracking information and click ‘Details’.
4. Click ‘Add Tracking Info’.
5. Fill in the information, and then click ‘Save’.

Once you click ‘Save’, the buyer receives an email to let them know that you entered the tracking information for this transaction. The email includes the tracking number, order status, and delivery company.
- Supplier contact information
- Business model information:
o Expected monthly payment volume for the next 6 months
o Do you post from inventory or drop ship?
- Invoices for the items sold

- Photo ID
-Please explain buyer complain on claim case: PP-XXX-XXX-XXX-XXX

To complete this request, you can either upload or fax the documents:

To upload:
1. Go to www.paypal.com/uk and log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click ‘Resolution Centre’.
3. Under ‘Steps to Remove Limitations’, click ‘Resolve’.

To fax:

To ensure your documents are processed correctly and promptly, please use the fax cover sheet provided by PayPal.
1. Go to www.paypal.com/uk and log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click the ‘Fax Documents’ link on the Limited Account Access Details page.
3. If you don't have a PayPal cover sheet, you can create one by including your name, the email address registered on your PayPal account, and the case number which starts PP-XXX-XXX-XXX-XXX.
4. Fax your information to +44 8707 303 194.

So okay, I can provide either:
* Tracking information to any of the item (+)

* Supplier contact information (This is hard one for me, could any one tell me if its possible to make an invoice thru word, print it, photoshoot it and sent them to it?)

* Invoices for the items sold (The same question as above, is it possible to create invoices via word and send them to it? I have saved like 20-30 invoices, from shipping boxes, that I have bought like 60 smartwatches, but will this work if I take photo of them all?

* Photo ID (+ ; But I wonder why they ask for it 2nd time, because they have it, because I have sent it when I asked for higher withdrawal limits)
