Payal Account Closed, Debit Mastercard
 

Hi Everyone,

I have a Paypal account that got closed and the appeal was denied, I have to wait 180 to get my $45 back.


I have a question regarding the PayPal Debit MasterCard. I have a purchase I made with the card and I never received the item. I was refunded in full by the Merchant, I am wondering if the funds will go back to my Paypal balance even though my account is limited and closed. I can still login and see all my Transactions.

Also I added my bank account as the back up payment method, would the funds go back to my bank?

Were the funds from the Paypal MasterCard taken from your paypal funds?

Nope I used the back up funding so the funds were withdrawn from my bank

The funds will return to where ever they came from.

So if you paid by card, it will go back to the card, If you paid by paypal it will go back on paypal and if you paid by bank transfer it will go back to your bank account.

it usually takes 3-5 days to show on card and bank accounts. Where as refunds returning to paypal accounts it will appear immediately.
