Most of all paypal get limited immediately after registration
 

Hello, guys, happy new year.
Interesting thing I realized:

I`am creating a few new paypal accounts, I use VCC, and all of them get limited immediately after registration (ask verify code and proof of address, later even more documents).

Today I was creating 3 accounts, and one of them DID NOT GOT LIMITED !
All vcc was the master.
Is this the address playing the role?
I use Lithuania address and Lithuania IP.

You are doing something wrong. I would do some research on how to make accounts. There's more than 1 way to make a working stealth account, but you have to find what Works for you. Plenty of good info here to get you started. Good luck!

For Europe is more difficult than US. I know stealth basics.

It is difficult to know. Try to think of ANYTHING that stands out about that PayPal account and makes it different from the others.

PayPal has access to different information in different countries. All businesses do. It all depends on the laws of that country. I have no idea what is or is not available in Lithuania. Unless someone else does, it will be difficult for the forum to work out WHY that one account made it through and the others did not.

Same issue as mine, do you get payment and then limited or just getting limited right away?

What vcc are you using and what is the first 4 numbers?

If it's a limiting straight off , all accounts at about the same time there must be a linking involved. Paypal are no wizards. Logic conclusions, that's what they work with, not any kind of divine providence or a crystall ball.
If you are using the same lithuana IP foreach of the paypals you're lucky to even have one not limited and you should should be aware of it getting a limitation soon.

Cash it and move on, or ditch it if there's not much funds on it.

A am using different ip and and EVERTYTHING FRESH EVERY TIME.
I Allways chech with ip burger list, to make sure my ips deos not match..

What else do you do with the computer when you make a new account?

Disconnect from internet,
make new user acc on windows,
open my log and start to add new user: name, address, vcc info, postal code and so on,
connect to the internet with new ip (always lithuanian, mobile network, no socks or vnp)
always use google chrome, make ipburger homepage,
then create new gmail account,
new phone number,
then go to paypal and start to register using name other info from my log file.
I register successfully, then go to my paypal account and see i got limited.

As now I understand address plays the role, I will try small cities, villages..
And I think they dont trust i our country Lithuania so much :))

The issue could be within the mobile network.
Also within your steps nowhere you mentioned to clean your browser cookies / offline stored files / w/e. You need a 100% fresh setup for your browser as well.
There is methods to even quite uniquely determine a machine by using response times, browser agents, w/e the browser is sending and creating a checksum.
Doing everything through the same machine has a high potential of failing bad.
However,
Your browser wont sending magic packets to tell PP about your intentions. Try with a good VPS the next time ;)

Hi there! Today I had same situation - I have registered 2 PP acc, and after I add vcc I got limit in same minute. I think I have problem with vcc - I tried qiwi visa virtual

Might be issue with vcc
Since paypal doesn't allow all vcc to work
It's harder overseas then in u.s for sure

Had account 3k+ feedbacks in LT

It has nothing to do LT, UK or US from my experience.
Its how you operate.

What the ammount higher than 50 EUR ?
Was VCC issued by Lithaunian bank ?

paypal works in all countries, I realise now why i was limited, i made a mistake with the postcode, hence it asked me for a utility bill

I usually take $200-300 payments on new Paypal accounts in various countries and no problems

Lithuania paypal account and USA VCC master 90 percent goes limited, asking for a proof of address..

think its something particular to Lithuania, some national laws etc. Anyway one can always get creative with utility bills

When usually you start to list with new account, created with vcc?

I think paypal looks more negatively to virtual credit cards, because when i registered with my credit card they let me list for a first minutes, and even vero items, and EVEN FOR A WEEK :)) With a vcc they just give me a mc999 and that`s it. With my real credit card first time they just removed one vero item and INFORMED me by email to do not do that in the future :) Love it

I usually wait 2-4 weeks while bidding and browsing
