paypal limitted instantly all stealth accounts
 

Hello. My paypal accounts has 1+ month age, verified about 10 days. And always when I get first payment (about 50€) paypal instantly limitting my account. What is the solution?

Which country PayPal are we talking about?

If its not Lithuania how are you accessing the account?

If the limitation asks you to confirm credit card and provide proof of address then it is the type of VCC you are using when setting up the account.

Give more info on the limitation and how you setting up your accounts.

Lithuainian accounts.
Yew, thet are always asking confirm credit vcc and proof of address. So it is because of vcc?
I create new pc user, new ip for all stealth acc

I am buying from local seller. As I understand vcc is from Russia, but the seller is from Lithuainia.

If you have any locally available Visa gift cards in your country then use them instead.

In my experience, countries that allow verification by card can be extremely "fussy" about which cards they allow. Verification always goes fine but as soon as the first payment lands in the account they get instantly limited with a request to confirm credit card and provide proof of address.

But I don't. I will try to change VCC, I will buy it from this forum. Maybe it will help

Why dont you try to get Lithuanian banks VCC ?
You can get a couple from each bank and last time i tryed they do allow mistmached names.
Just ask them to issue on address you want and you can change it later.
I am not 100% sure, but i do believe post code they are looking at.
If you get suspended, just cancel the card and ask for new one (you can always say you do it for safety reasons).

Its a good idea to get couple VCC from different sellers from this forum, little experiment doesnt harm, but then you will know were you stand

I had the same thing with Entropay for Lithuania ;)
