HELP Paypal wants more information about..
 

Okay my issue is that i was sending from pp to pp. I am trying to save my account. pp needs more information to lift my limitations

1. A full description of the item that was purchased. Including the items value and the venue or URL that the item was sold from.
2. Confirmation that you received the item or provide tracking if you shipped the item.
3. Details of any other payments you sent or received that were related to the above transaction.
4. any information regarding the relationship or business affiliation you may have with the above party.
5. Any email or written communication about the above transactions.

That is quite a delay in PP's eyes...I'm hoping the best for you however - you can give a reason why the handling took a while...

you could state there is not tracking or do a mixture

you could get some tracking numbers, nothing to lose. depends on values, you would expect tracking on high value stuff.

but what about the receiver address is that able to accept a tracked item? if not maybe
look in to simple tracking that does not give exact addresses online

Those limitation items scream linked accounts, that is why they asked for that stuff. I hope im wrong but I think pp is just gathering data and killing both. I hope im wrong, please update.

Stealth accounts in reserve are the only security on ebay anymore and shoot even those are shaky at best now as often as ebay and pp are making changes.

yeah just have a premium procedure in place. and enough stealths to fly under the radar
