My point was that I was able to gain the account back. I did things many people say not too do and it paid off. Too many people are afraid to push boundaries and fight for what they think is right. They let paypal decide whats OK and what will be done with their money. Why? Disinformation floating around on this forum. Maybe thats what Paypal wants. I didnt "just get lucky". I worked the system how it should be worked. I used LAWS like they should be used. Will this method work for every type of limitation? ABSOLUTELY NOT! Will you really get your account reimstated? I dont know. But that wasnt what I was after, like I said. What I wanted was access to my funds and the ability to withdraw what was rightfully mine. I succeeded there plus got reinstated. 180 days of waiting isnt on the agenda...it shouldnt be on anyones.
I had no request for documents. It was a permanent limitation that could not be appealed for violation of acceptable use policy. I was told multiple times that I could not appeal the decision. Now we are here. I will repost screenshots again in a little bit for the naysayers. |
