Is it possible to open any USA bank online? I need withdraw funds from limited paypal account. I live abroad, but I have USA SSN.

I'd like to know the same.. Some people say it is an anony SSN or ⊗⊗⊗⊗ ssn... is that even possible?
All must trace back to someone.. or an entity correct.

You can't open a bank with f@ke SSN, not ever, not now. Those who say it's possible....usually are either shady or not all truthful.

OK so let me get this straight.....

This person is a new user... on VaCa in Lithuania (uhm lives in Lithuania) has a US SS# and has to ask if he can open a US bank account online.....

Yeh bro give it a try... any bank should work let us know how you got the money out of that limited account you hacked and now are trying cash it out.

No you can't withdrawal or do anything with LIMITED PP account unless you supply the info they (PP) are requesting which is usually a copy of photo ID and SS# which this guy/gal may have.....someones.

I'm sure he/she will let us know how it works out for them. :pop2:

Yes you are right. That guy will have to give documents to get the limiting removed.

Yes it's mine, I used to live in usa... My paypal account is limited and appeal was denied. The only i can do now is to withdraw funds to USA bank account, but i don't have it.. Any documentation is not a problem...

I am a US citizen and was overseas in December and wanted to open a new bank account online in the US but based on my IP it recognized that I was not located in the US at the time I was trying to open the account and asked me to call in to complete the opening process. So I just waited a few weeks until I was back in the US and opened it online without any issue. I didn't have to call in or visit a branch.
