I'm moving house soon and I was just wondering if this would allow me to start again with eBay and PayPal using my real details?

Obviously I would need to follow certain stealth rules like bank account, card numbers etc... but will I be ok sending in my real docs providing it has all the new address info on it?

You wouldn't be able to send in your real details if you have had an ebay/PayPal account banned previously using your real details, you would need to use stealth, and you can learn how to do that on this forum.

I suspect that address would be fine, but as james said, the rest would all have to be different too.

Yeah, use the new address for a new stealth account, saves you the effort of renting a mailbox or po box.

This is the sad truth.

Penalty points, bad credit, a record gets wiped clean after 6 years.

But with eBay and PayPal. You can be dead and in your grave for eternity, but eBay and PayPal would still have your details.

I had provided my real details including real IDs of mine for Canadian Paypal, ebay. The account was shut down because it was related and they actually knew about that for the whole time as few representatives told me but since I was going below standard they had sufficient reason to get me gone. Long story short, I owed them about 2000 in fees and never had intentions to pay it off. The amount was transferred to collection agency and since then the amount has decreased to 400 but still no records on my credit history as I have been checking it. And I read somewhere that it shouldnt affect the credit history.

If you owe them fees, pay it. They will not just let it go and they will keep coming after you.
