Can I withdraw money in this situtation?

My PayPal account received not as described 2 disputes, yesterday, but I refunded the buyers, so they were solved.
I wonder if I can withdraw money to my bank account tomorrow?
Will I be under the radar of PayPal?

Its sad that we all are scared to withdraw our own money. It paypal was a bank right down they street, they would of been put out of business. :confused:
