Ship fast and load tracking and approximately 3 days after the item is delivered most of the time funds are released.

holds dont last long if you ship fast, provide good customer service, and overall be an A+ ebay seller. Funds are released on my paypal accounts about 2 days after delivery. Holds generally go away after 90 days and a good amount of A+ transactions.

yankee has the right idea - as time goes on, the hold may be removed but it can be reinstituted by PP as well...

I've learning to open my processing time window to 1 or 2 days to give me time to upload tracking. This will increase your seller dashboard score. Not sure if buyers can see what processing window you choose or not.
