Skrill good or bad?

HI

is skirill same as paypal or less strictor?

i want to use skirill only to recieve and withdraw money can i use a old bank account i used on limited paypal?

also it wont have things like send documents and proof etc like paypal?

Its harder to get an account with Skrill as they tend to want a lot of information up front, but I personally rather like them

If you plan on using them via eBay then your going to still need to also accept PayPal

You can use the old bank account that was used for PP - no issue; won't be shared info/linking info
