Paypal negative balance problem HELP
 

Anyone please help.
I got suspended from ebay about a month ago.
A few buyers took the opportunity and disputed the sales claiming the items are not working although they were 100% working. PayPal refunded them automatically this is what happens when you are disputed in ebay so now I have negative balance of about 500 ILS which is about 130$ any of you israeli/american members can help?
What would they do to me? Any advice?

The best advice is to pay it. I assume you have withdrawn money from the PayPal to a card / bank account which is in your real details.

Not hard for a company / corp to track you down.

Pay the fees, simple.

Paypal's policy regarding debt recovery will likely be the same irrespective of what country you are based in.

The normal process is for the amount to be passed on to a debt recovery company that will then harass you for payment via telephone and letter.

Yes. But I've heard lots of the forum members saying that they won't chase you for small amounts is that correct?

if real details and small amount, just pay it.

country laws are different, in UK you can deny it is your debt if you want, they cannot do anything anyway....

You would need to check the laws and rules in your country and HOW PP operates there...Israel...

It's better to pay, because you've exposed your real details. For stealth accs the answer is opposite.

You use there service, irrespective of stealth or not, fees should be paid :-)

got suspended and buyers take advantage of that.
soon i will be in negative balance.

it depends on the situation, and also peoples sense of right and wrong, is not always going to match yours......

If an EB account is suspended and PP is ok, there's sometimes a reason to pay the fees, for example, to save it for buying something. But if a PP is suspended, there's no any use of it anymore, so it should be abandoned.

If decide to abandon this will not affect the amount you owe them.. they will come for it like a predator to its prey

If you owe either eBay or PayPal fees then you need to pay them. No two ways about it

But if a stealth owes them, why to pay? What's the point of paying if account is suspended till the end of times? Not to mention that PP is limited and even a CC can't be added to it.

look, the OP has been been told he can check out his options if he wants. The forum officially has to give the advice to pay fees. the forum cannot be seen to be giving advice different to that......OP did not say it was stealth anyway....

Ok, how to pay PP fees, if PP account is suspended, and nothing works inside, even a VCC cant be added?
