Is it possible to still use paypal credit on a limited paypal account?

Agree with 123 on this one...you would need to contact PP to see what options are available with the credit...

Anything that has to do with making a payment directly through paypal (with the credit being your financing source) is obviously out.
There aren't too many places left that offer the credit option directly anymore and since this whole thing is a paypal option Id say your chance of being able to utilize it are minimal.

Contact the lender itself. I know GE Money had options if you have good credit and a long standing relationship. I know this from a PayPal account that no longer had income so became a chore to pay. I had to call for options.

Yes you can if you call the creditor.
