180 day Hold.....Money Released
 

I had 3 PP/stealth accounts on hold for 180 days that are now available to withdraw from.

First account withdrew $966.00, received check.

Second account withdrew $918.00, received check.

Third account, this is the one I'm having a problem with. When I log into the account to withdraw the money ($2,400.00) it says I am only allowed to withdraw $500 per month.

My question is after 180 days don't they have to release all the funds to me at one time?

The only option I can come up with is to just withdraw the $500 a month for the next 5 months or do what everyone knows not to do which is call into paypal and talk to them about it.

Has anyone else had this issue after the 180 day hold has been lifted?

PayPal can do,whatever they want, just withdraw what they allow you, If they want they can not give any funds to you at all if they feel it's suspicious fraudulent activity.

You can always send an email, but I wouldn't make too many waves, and just withdraw the $500 a month, because at any time they have the power to say you now get $0 a month

I agree with Dmshark25.. Just be happy they are releasing payments to, because some accounts dont end up so lucky..

same had happened to me..but after withdrawing over $1000 in 2 months period..they allowed me to withdraw the rest in one attempt...was was roughly $850.

@Cracker100, I have had this happen before with a PP.com account...was only allowed $500 until the bank account was verified...so perhaps since you don't have a bank account, it's like this...

Thanks for the help. Will just take the 500 a month for now. It's better then nothing at all.

I had a similar problem a few months ago, now they aren't holding any funds. That's a good outlook just take it in stride because raising limits is when they want to talk to you. They offered me to increase my limits because I was reaching the capacity of the amount of items i could list on my account i clicked on it and they wanted me to call them during the business hours so I figure febuary is almost over so i'm just taking it in stride...

THANK YOU, I tried that today and was able to withdraw the money in 4 more checks for 500 each.

Thank you very much for replying to this issue. I would have never tried to do 4-5 checks at a time if you would not have mentioned it.:hs:

Problem solved...Money is out of the PP account now.

Hopefully this helps other people out too if they ever run into the same problem.
