hello everyone I'm new here.
I have ebay & paypal account for about 7years
I used for shopping, in middle 2014 I star sell ocasionally +/-40£ a month.
On February 2015, I started to sell a new product and my income go up fast.
Now, I did limited paypal account - because I crossed the annual limit.
They want some details from me. I guess is that they will ask for a mass of documents, and from 1year I do not live in the UK, my card is expired and I dont regster new (just don't want).
Also probably they see that I login from another country then register UK.
I read lots of post here and seems that is not worth to deal with all that paper work and dotn try to get back unlimited paypal....
I have other paypal account on same name/surname different address and account, not use for few years and wonder if I can somehow manage to link to ebay?
Or even link totaly new paypal accuount to current ebay
The Reason why I want stik with current account is - I'm sell stuff £200 each and have 134 positive feedback.

All sounds confusing, but I have some problems with the English language and not everything thoroughly understand when read all this threads.
I'm studing now stealth ebay and I have problem on early begining because I have static IP. So will need to buy new mobile interent .
Was thinkign to use mobile phone to register new PP account but on this phone I have ebay&paypal current mial box, so probably they can link?
ps.So how is paypal work the always limited account after some value of income? or with stealth is different.

Just attached the good eBay account with a fresh new Paypal. Remember to follow stealth procedures.

All UK accounts need verification documents once passed the EU limit. You need to provide them what they ask for. This will happen on every account you make once you hit the £1900 or so limit.

Your PayPal is a soft limit by whatt I can gather from your post, meaning if you supply the right docs, the limit will probably be lifted.

You can use another PayPal account on your eBay account, it wont last very long, but it can be done. It might get to the EU limit again before limitation, but the same thing will happen.

so just sensed each account will come up to same point.
I will send them message asking for a list of things they want and then I will I know whether I'll be able to fulfill them.

How long can I continue Limited account, they wrote I have 130days to sorted (below message from them).

What can I do while my account is limited?

ps.Is the security would be better as I send from paypal most money my bank account or leave on paypal?

Get your money out of there while you still can.

The list of 'things' they need are there when you log in.

Attaching new PayPals can be done but it's a very bad idea and majority of the time you will get hit with a permanent limitation and end up with another load of money held for 180 days

Callidus so If I'm getting right when time to sorted expired, they will prenamently limit and hold money.
But when is temporary limited is without money hold?

Also did stealth account walk away from this limits?

which way will ba faster, because for now I CAN'T (send money, withdraw money from account, close account) and between 15-17 ebay will charge me for ebay commission so if they can charge, probably they wil suspend ebay account as well.
ps. Can I remove paypal from ebay and try to pay through bank account?

I have ID but will need oen of this:
-Utility bill or mobile phone bill
-A recent bank, building society or credit card statement
-Council tax statement (valid for the current year)
-Inland Revenue Tax Assessment or Notice of Coding for the current tax year

Can I print from computer something like statement because i cancel posting statements.
Also Is ok to send fax from other country then I leave? or hav eto be UK?

My PP account back to normal today.
I send them online printed statement and ID.
Now i just thinking how to check or what is next level income limit or normal account (before was 2500euros).
Any way I have to get friendly with stealth book

I check in ebay and on selling details or selling dashboard does not show any think about limits (above standarts &100% information only) so looks to be no limits on ebay. Have ebay about over 5years, and first sell was in 2011.
About PP I don't know how to check nexk level limits, have to write to them and ask?

There are no more official limits that require docs after the 2500 euros limit, but that does not mean PayPal may not ask for docs.

Chances are your eBay may well have limits, but you have just not yet hit them.
