Paypal Limited OMARCP add bank account???
 

Hi i just got limited receiving the OMARCP message. It says i cannot close my account or request payments. Only these two. I t asks two things:
-Add and confirm a bank account
-Invoices.
I know how to handle the invoices part but there is a problem with the bank account.
I had already added a bank account on paypal, which i used to receive my 2 previous withdrawals. They were both successful. So now when i go to the resolution center and click resolve next to the " add and confirm a bank account " i enter the Iban and all the info of my bank account and then it says that i have already registered this bank account. The resolve button remains. Also i tried to remove the bank account i already have on file and then try to reenter it through the resolution center link, but i am not allowed to remove it. What ami supposed to do? I do not have a second bank account that i can add...

How do you handle the invoices ?

Call them.... they will remove it

but how can i call them? i tried all the 402 and the 800 numbers and they are not working. should i use a specific code before them since i am in greece? i used the +44 code but it did not work either...

ok called them and they fixed this. problem solved!
