Add new paypal account?
 

Can I link a new paypal account to my ebay account ?
I have nearly reached my account limit on paypal so will have to send in docs to verify.
Can I open new PayPal account and link that before I have to do that ? Or just close that paypal?
I have an item ready to sell which will take me over my limits and will then have to wait till docs are done etc. so time is of the essence.
What do you think...?

...that would be too easy. No you can't.

You have to submit what they ask or operate on another pair of stealth accounts eBay+PayPal.

ilcarletto is right - adding a new PP could cause you big headaches...sooner or later, never know 100% but it's bad. Send in the docs if you can

no you cannot add a NEW paypal account to an ebay account that has a limited paypal account. You will get linked and limited very quickly.

You are best to try and sort out the limitation on the account which has reached the receiving limits.

No new with old Stilldontgetit, it always links the good with the bad! You are always going to get to the EU limit and need to supply docs to get though it so you need to be prepared for that. You can keep opening new accounts and sell on them up to near that limit, but it is best to get through the limit and sell on from there.
