Created EB (at .COM) and PP (.COM as well) accounts. Added Entro VCC. Got some activity, sold some stuff. PP got limited, asked for a big list of documents. Sent in docs. Instant "PP appeal denied" letter (usually it takes at least several hours for a review). Never had anything like that for several months. The only difference - always used UK site for EB registrations, now tried COM. What can be the issue?

If the IP was the issue, it would have me banned a month earlier, I suppose. Moreover, only I use my private dedicated IPs, and never the same across the accounts.

As I mentioned, it is my private network, not any public VPS or VPN provider. IPs were never ever used for PP or EB, and before using them, they stood idling for some 2 years, never used.
Worked like a charm for all my accounts. And this one also was working for a month, but when I sent in documents - instant ban. I am quite sure it is not possible that PP would check all documents in 5 minutes after I send them in.
I've never created ebay.com account, always creating co.uk ones and never had a single problem with limitation due to ebay sales. As I've read in another topic about similar problem, I guess it could be some kind of .com site problems.
If you were in a good way, don't change it and keep going with co.uk!
