Hey guys. After waiting about 5 months paypal decided to release my funds. I now have an account with $640 in it. The only issue is that I can't send it to another paypal account and can't send it to a bank account.

Nope. You must have a bank account. If you are based in the UK any bank account will do, doesn't have to be in your name. Or in the USA a VBA will do it.

you can not withdraw to a VBA in any case.

No chance of even a saving account?

Consider a check so long as you have access to the address on file.

Damn, that's unfortunate. My friend and I made it with a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address so it seems like selling it to someone for less than it contains is really the only option. :/

Perhaps you can change the address for them to send a cheque too? One that you have access to.

Maybe in USA you have some prepaid cards that have a bank number you can withdraw to

If you can't get a bank account, ask your friend to provide you with one, and send the money there. For 1 transaction it is ok.
