Can I withdraw my paypal limited 180days with Prepaircard or Check?
 

Hi,

I do not live in the US.

I have a PayPal account permanently restricted. After 180 days, they sent me an email and informed that I can withdraw my money. I was thinking of going to use Payoneer to withdraw, but it seems PayPal no longer accept Payoneer.

I have some friends living in the United States. So I can ask them to receive Check from PayPal? or in the US can buy bank account, prepair card to withdraw money? please give me a solution.

Withdraw using a Check if you have friends in the US that can cash that or send it to you.

Do these friends have access to the address on the paypal account? cause Im not sure they'll allow you to send it anywhere else at this point...

if i upgrade my account to Business and change Business name to my friend name. Can i add another address and request Check to my friend?

I don't recall that you can upgrade a limited PP account.

Hi, i have add new address to my paypal account with vcc. it's okay. however, when i request check. PayPal appear an error message, I still can not withdraw.

hizzz, I tried again on a different computer, the result is the same. I will try again in a few hours, hopefully everything will ok :(

Note: Your funds will be returned to the account if the check has not been cashed within 180 days."
