Weird PayPal UK situation

I recently started selling on ebay, I'm making coffee tables and shipping them from London UK. All was going good before I hit the receiving limit last month.

My PayPal account is registered to my father and he has never been in the UK. However now they want a UK address and confirmation of address such as a utility bill and what not. There is no bank account associated with this PayPal just my debit card and it's in my name not his.

This is a really complicated situation for me since I have 300 GBP in shipping fees to cover right now for courier services used in the past few weeks and a limited paypal account. I'm worried I'm going to lose these money since they don't allow me to send them anywhere or use them to pay for anything.

When I go to confirm my details they require a UK address yet my father resides in another country and has never been in the UK. I only registered there because I spend most of the year there doing my job. Plus a couple of years ago I was suspended from ebay and they wouldn't let me have my own account anymore... What should I do? If I call them and explain they'll politely tell me to f**ck off as they have been for years and I don't feel like I've done anything wrong but that's another matter.

The ebay account registered to my dad is several years old and with established history. I'm now using another PayPal to collect payments because I rely on ebay for my livelyhood and if people stop buying from me I have to go on the street and now is not a good time to change my job, I can't afford to lose it.

Any tips? I can't go stealth it will take months to build up an account I can use to sell the product I manufacture...

You can sort out your current paypal account if it is the 'receiving limit' limitation.
Even if your name and address does not exist, you can get creative with this :)

The only think you need to to is add a UK bank account to to the paypal account as the docs will only get looked at if your paypal account is verified.

Welcome to the forums - by adding a new PP, you are operating QUITE dangerously....the new PP can go down at any time so I hope you aren't ONLY relying on those funds to always be available.

Yes it can take months to build up (not just one but several, in your case) accounts...better start right away

why can't you use stealth account again? To sell tables? Why not? Just create a couple.
