I'm curious as well. Are there any prepaid debit cards (anonymous is not required) that will allow for paypal withdrawal. Greendot and other brands are denied when added to pp.

There. Are some that still work you just need to experiment and find ones that work. That is all I use for personal reasons. Will tell you this stay away from Meta bank they do not like mismatched names
