My paypal limited

i was recieving payments direct from customers for virtual goods

provide proof id (processing)
proof address (uploaded no proccessing message)
invoices (stuck on this)
confirm phone (tels me add bank card then says error)
business information ( completed)

help please any way around

Skill you will experience less issues with. Paperwork can still be requested though

And you sold virtual items? An invoice may be difficult for that.

yes but paypal does not know i sold virtual items i only took direct paypal payments with no messages or anything left from customers well few left their emails in description

if i send them some invoices of average payments bulk buy from supplier and my resell price you guys think they would buy my story

That's a huge request by PP - keep in mind, many many cases of accounts not being reinstated even after providing the full list...my hopes are not high

PayPal like to be able to identify the source of transactions, eg an eBay sale, purchase on a website etc.

Lots of money coming into a PayPal without an obvious reason will always result in limitation at some point. They want to know what the money has been received for.

Invoices are easy to provide. Getting them accepted is another matter entirely, particularly as there is evidence you are supplying virtual goods.

For the confirm phone part, you will need an AVS card attached to PayPal and a landline phone number. If you are trying to use Entropay you will get error messages.

yh i got a email today from paypal saying provide supplier information and 4 transaction proof wher you got items etc

i think they asking for invoice which i bought items from supplier to sell on
