Paypal limited only for ebay items

or they mostly do that for ebay items ?

i was working with paypal for last two years.

have 4 paypal account for 2 years ( full of ⊗⊗⊗⊗ and address)

i made lot of transactions on it. but no one was limited till now

but just before a week i created 1 paypal account for selling products on ebay

i got some money on new account. i tried to withdraw to my bank account account and got limited.

and create another one and sold some ebay items and i just bought a ebay item with that paypal balance and i got limited

i felt they limit accounts mostly for selling ebay items .

But all of my old accounts were still good

My question is :

If i sell products on my own site . are they limit my account ?

What Paypal country did you work with? I guess you did not work in US, UK, Canada, Australia. (I don't mean to insult you but I really want to know what country so I can ask you about paypal system further.Thank you)

when an auction is over, instead of sending them an invoice through ebay, can you send just a money request through Paypal to avoid the limitations? or will the limitations come eventually??

if you want send like money request , There also you need to specify ebay item details , so nothing deferred with sending invoice by ebay.
