Paypal limited - ebay account is ok

One day i receive a mail from paypal that limits my account because "suspicious activity".
Now usually is not a big problem because was limited before and I manage to lift the limits but now after 2 weeks of speaking with them on the phone i think is limited for ever.
Is there any way to add another paypal to the working ebay account and not get the ebay account suspended?

1 eBay account = 1 Paypal account.
This is the safest way.
I have walked away from eBay accounts because my Paypal got limited.
I have walked away from Paypal accounts because my eBay got VEROed.
