$400 that I really need Stuck in Limited Account...
 

I had an account limited within a week of opening it.
I didn't care too much for it or the funds in it cause at the time I had others and other revenues...

Today, i received an email from Paypal saying the funds were good to withdraw and it happens to be that I DO NEED IT as circumstances aren't like they were a few months back...

What options do I have?
I do not want to link any of my bank accounts or just make one for this purpose and close...

You can withdraw as cheque.

And cash it how? What if he doesn't have access to the address?

If its that important then add a bank, in USA you can open loads.

You can add address either by
1)attaching new AVS CC with any address you can access
2)upgrading to business account and cashing out to that address
3)calling PP and manually by submitting "edited" docs of your utility bills with the desired address attaching it and cashing it out there

Cashing out in the bank that accepts mismatched cheques wont be a problem. I think even Western Union can cash it out for a fee.

I do not have access to the address.

it's already a business account...
The VBA's that are sold here.. could i withdraw to one of those? and have them send me the funds after they take their cut for fees and interest?

You can withdraw to any address from the 3 options above; the address can be added to a limited account. VBA is not an option to withdraw money, no. The other methods COULD include Entropay, Payoneer, which I am not very familiar with as that's a US option

Ok, so i am looking into Entropay.. i could add that bank to the paypal and then withdraw?

Entropay is not a bank account.
