New paypal problem i cant login
 

Hello all
before i says i have 2 accounts 1 is verify and 2nd is unverify
today i am trying to open my verify account but he says verify by phone and after i find my friend cousin in canada and i tell him to recive the verification code, after i use vpn and then try to open my account and i see account is open after i change the mobile number and send the code to friend cousin and after he give me a code and i enter paypal say verification successfull
after i close the vpn and try to open my account but i cant i see this

i try 2 to 3 time i still this error help me guys
can i wait some days then open paypal,
or still use vpn to open the paypal

1 more question i says my mobile is verify now when i open my paypal everytime i need to use phone verification ?

Try clearing out your cookies as it might help usually u shouldn't do that but give it a try!

Actually now that re-read this post it seems that u might have linked both PayPal accounts.

All of this is because you are not making stealth accounts correctly.

Which VPN you using OP? That could be a critical issue

i have no stealth account these are my own accounts and i always open paypal before cookies and cache clear.
i am using cyber ghost vpn

You are not working the correct way.

You always keep cookies, and a user account.

What country was the main lot of paypal activity?

Were you sending monies between accounts?

i always clear cookies and cache the i will open paypal account and my lot of activity is pakistan my own ip but when my non verify account limited after i clear cookies and cache then i open my this verify account but i cant its says veify by phone but i verify by phone but i use usa ip then i can access

Listen to Greenbean - you are not operating correctly. These accounts are likely dead.
