Stealth paypal limited right away problem
 

I create stealth account with vcc, its about 2-5 days old account but after my customers paid to me and then I try to send that payment after few days as gift,the receiver get that payment but it shows - pending and after one day paypal chargeback it to me. I have no open disputes or etc..

How to avoid this problem ?

Never send money as a gift ever. It would link you and raise a red flag.

If you doing that to avoid 21 days hold, stop. Instead, try to lift that limitation by completing the tasks at the "fund availability detail" page. It would take you up to 60 days but it's worth it.

Don't do PP transferring - withdraw the money safely to bank or whatever accepted form on your PP platform

I can't windraw money, our vcc's don't have that function ( maybe you guys can recommend vcc which have windraw function or any other method ?).

When you said you create a stealth account, maybe your real account have been permanently limited.
Open a new fresh bank account with real info and link it with your stealth account, you should have use ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name to create the stealth account, so make sure your bank can accept unmatched name withdrawal from Paypal
