Easiest and fastest way to get a new Paypal account only
 

Hi
First of all I bought the Aspkin stealth book.
Great book.
My question is I am not an Ebay guy. I just want a new Paypal account for Clickworker and Fanduel.
So what would be the fastest and easiest prepaid card?

The Vanilla MasterCard or Vanilla Visa or the Simon Mall Visa or Simon Mall American Express?
I am very familiar with Simon, but some people told me the Vanilla pre-paid is the way to go.
This is causing me confusion.

I have a bank account that was never used for Paypal.

Just confused on what pre-paid to start off with.
I live in America.

Vanilla Visa will always be best since you get register all your info on the card.

Also, if you dont like going out to buy gift cards i can recommend Entropay, its a service that allows you to sign up and buy VCC's you just have to verify your credit card and it takes a couple of days but once its done you can buy as many VCC's you'd like, It may only take 2 days to get the 4 digit code to verify it but i find that easier than driving to walmart
