Paypal dumping
 

Hi All,

I have a question regards adding bank account to a paypal only account

basicly my freind recieves direct payments from paypal he adds his bank account then when he gets to 1500 pound he deletes card , deletes paypal meaning dumps it

he moves onto a new paypal adds same card and does the same repeats it.

question for me is does this really work without paypal limiting ? payments come as family freind gift

you cannot add the same card to more than one paypal account, even if you delete the card from paypal you still cannot add it to another paypal account again as it has already been used.

If you receive gift payments on a new account, or multiple times it will trigger a limitation.

he cannot be, it is physically impossible, you can try it yourself, it comes up with a message saying its already been linked/attached to another account. Paypal blocks you from doing this and when you try it also gets your accounts linked.

He definitely isn't using the same card. As Bunneh says, it gives you the message that it cannot be linked the minute you enter the card number.

Maybe he Closed the paypal account Completely?
Would that change anything.

You're referring to bank accounts and then to cards. Which one is it? Both are completely different.

Perhaps he is using Entropy in which case he can use the same Entropay account but change the card attached - and he can withdraw funds to it as well (assuming he is in a country that supports it).

Not sure if this pertains to you, but a quick story about what happened to me. I had about $1000 in my paypal account. It got limited. The limitation was because my account supposedly shared at least one piece of information to someone else's account. That's exactly what the limitation said. I called them. They told me my bank account was used on another account. Number 1. There is no way as this was a brand new bank account. Number 2., the other account had a balance of $2xx.xx. The bottom line was I had to either pay for someone else's negative balance or have my account permanently limited.

Welcome to the forums. Even if closed completely, pp retains all info and will give message that card has been used before I am fairly certain
