Got My Money Back But Delimited?
 

Finally got my funds released today shortly after my BBB rebuttal was sent.

My question is this:

"Your account has been limited for more than 45 days. It will continue to be limited but you now have the ability to withdraw funds."

Does that mean its still permanently limited or it will be back to normal standing in 45 days?

I don't see anything I can submit. Ive submitted enough sh*t for the past 10yrs to them.

That account is gone permanently.
get your funds out and move on to the next one.

Because it sounds to me like PayPal is saying that he account is STAYING limited, but they are going to allow you to withdraw your money:

"Your account has been limited for more than 45 days. It will continue to be limited but you now have the ability to withdraw funds."

In fact, if it WAS permanently limited, then congratulations - because PayPal normally holds money for 180 days and it is nearly impossible to get them to release funds sooner than that!

In other words: Take your money but we wont be do business with you anymore.
