Please help!!! Paypal limited!!!
 

Dear friends, please help me! Today i received mc011 messages ebay selling restriction, with no reason! After couple hours paypal limited, with 1200$ on it, i can't withdraw money, paypal asking for many documents, invoices, id, proof of bank, and a lot more stuff. I am worry, because this is my stealth paypal, how can i handle this? Shall i just ignore their message? If yes, then when 180 day process will start? I heard of many people that even after 180 days paypal won't let withdraw money, untill they receive those documents? Is that right? I am really upset! I didn't do anything wrong! This is hard earned money, sold small vintage/antique/used items. So where the money goes after 180 days? How many chance % that i will get back my money? Or i lost them forever?

Try sending in some documents to get the process started they have to deny them first to start 180 days.. Which most likely they will deny.

No, it will not work, if they will deny ID, then there is no way to get money back, even after 180 days. It's very complicated, I think there is no way to get money back. I couldn't also withdraw them before limitation, because of 21 day hold on each transaction.

Not sure who told you this but the money will be available after 180 days.

So what do you want us to do for you if you think there's no way to get the money back? We don't have magic powder to make this situation better for you.

Yes, it's the 21 day hold, not sure how that's relevant to your situation.

Either Upload the documents they are asking for and see if they reinstate the account OR wait the 180 days for the money to be released.

So which will it be?

Depends on each and every case as to what happens about releasing funds.

At the least you need to communicate with paypal to see what will happen.

More likely than not, you will have access to your money in 180 days

So limitation starts from date your receive email notification about limitation of account?

Doesnt it start from date of last transaction?

And if yes. What if you after 3 months receive payment? Does the countdown reset?

It starts the day they send you the email, where did you see that it started on the day of your last transaction?

Not according to another current thread.

PayPal has not released funds even after the sellers said they would not provide info as requested.

Been more users not getting release of monies.

Situation may be undergoing changes with paypal

well this is not true.. it starts the day his account was shut down.

Providing docs can make a bad situation worse. :nono:
