Unusal activaity on my paypal account Help Needed
 

Hi Aspkin Guys

i need your help desperately

i had 2 paypal account both legit on my own name with different address and bank

in 2013 they asked me for Id for first account and i did send them My DVLA and after sometime they closed my first account of non payment

after that i continue to use my 2nd account which have same name and DOB
but the address was different and bank as well

untill recently paypal email me stated ' unusual activity in your paypal account
and asked me prove of identity

so i am confused now what i do
shall i send them again my dvla as i send them for my first account
will they link my account
because i send them 1 and half years back the same id for the first account

please help me what shall i do
your help would be much appreciated

It is possible that they know the 2nd acc is linked to same person as 1st banned acc. It may not just be the same name/dob details that linked you, it may just be that you were not using stealth practice and the ip/cookies linked you. Why you were allowed to continue on the 2nd acc since 2013, who knows - it does happen that way though sometimes. You mention the 1st acc had non-payment issues, so maybe they did a sweep and caught up with you?

there is a chance though that this is a random limitation on the 2nd one and not to do with issues surrounding the 1st.

people may vary on what to do but i suggest you send in a different id eg. passport this time and new address utility and cross your fingers....

you can send the ID in or you risk losing the account any way.

The information on your address bill and photo id MUST all match what is on paypal or it will get refused.

Hi Thank for the advice

yes that's exactly what i was thinking to send my scan copy of my passport
but the problem is i dont have passport at the moment but i do have photocopy of that shall i scan that one and its black and white.

but its legit

and i never use my second account on same computer and ip

how come they didn't knew for almost year and half
and all of sudden

don't you think its might be random check

because for the last 2 month i am having the highest sales i ever generated on this account

You must keep in mind that EVEN if you provide what PP wants....PP is known not to reinstate accounts...so I always keep hope at a low with them. Sad but true
