Paypal blocked without reasons
 

Hi, to all i need help, paypal blocked my account withou a reason:

They Asked me some information and documents (a normal review) the day after the send me a mail that inform me that the account is blocked for the risk of my business and that they take the money for 180 days

is'nt a problem for the 180 days are just 3000 € (an half month of selling)

but without a paypal account i can't sell on ebay

Why tehy blocked my account?

the account is legit and not stealth all really information and with 6 month without problem or chargeback

The item that i sell are without any risk (Are kids stuff)

i sended a message but no one recalled me

What i can do?

The ebay account linked to this paypal has a lot of positive feedbcak with 100% rating

i can't lose this account....

mi dispiace, you can appeal it but maybe just easier to think about making a new ebay and paypal pair.

Yes i know, but why they blocked this account?

i sell item with 0 risk and are all legit, they requested me passport and address verification, i sended them (All Legit) and they blocked the account without other explanation for business risk....

I sell on ebay from 6 Years but they never blocked without a reason, and all the time they respond to me

This time no response or other

childrens stuff - is it electronics or branded items?
I agree, it is a good idea to try and find out why, if you want to sell the same things again.

Are branded toys but are 100% legit and without any problem (100% feedback on ebay on over 2500 transaction)

0 Chargeback and 0 case or other i am Verified seller (Silver) with VAT and all ok.

There isn't a single reason to limit the account.

If they have limited the account they have seen risk in your business.
Sorry but there is nothing new... legit or not they can do what they want and they do it.

Try to find out what happened. I suggest to spread sales on more than one (stealth) account... just fly below the radars.

The fact youre selling a branded item makes it a high risk item - in their eyes at least - and that's all that matters to them really.
Have you tried calling them? At this point sending messages is not going to be enough so it sounds like calling them up might be the way to go - especially if all the info on the account is legit and the items youre selling are legitimate. I assume you have invoices and all that because they will more than likely ask for those.

PayPal has done this to many, many people. They give you the generic email that states they are not comfortable with your business model. They are very unlikely to give you specific information as to why your account was suspended.

Did you ever give them invoices from your supplier? With branded items, eBay/PayPal sometimes believe that you may be selling counterfeits, even if you are not. In those cases, they usually ask for your supplier invoice - specifically, they want to see if your supplier is an "authorized dealer" and will also verify you are their customer.

It sounds like your items are popular to generate the sales that you do. eBay/PayPal, in these cases, will NOT ACCEPT invoices from closeout or liquidation companies, or any other source than from a supplier whom the brand confirms is authorized.

This can be a problem, because in order to compete on eBay, usually you have to deal with someone outside of the official dealer network.

I would call PayPal and be polite but persistent. Point out to them that you have been with them for 6+ years and have 100% positive feedback. Do NOT yell, curse, threaten to sue, etc. because they have heard it all before. Ask them flat out what they would need to reinstate your account. Again, be polite. See what they say.

My guess is that your dollar volume flagged the account for review. While there is no OFFICIAL dollar amount, I would never go over $5,000 per month USD on ANY PayPal account.

Also, be sure your items are legitimate. Because not everybody is honest about exactly WHAT they are selling. eBay/PayPal don't like counterfeits, gray market imports, etc.

Ultimately, I think your solution lies in having a number of stealth accounts and spreading your sales over them to avoid reviews. I would also have a couple of backup accounts, because eventually a smaller account could go down as well.

If PayPal won't budge, then you have a problem. You stated that you CANNOT lose that account period - but that is PayPal's decision. You MIGHT be able to get them to release your funds early, but I also wouldn't count on that. You are not the first person this has happened to and you won't be the last.

I Have all invoices and other, i buy directly from the Manufacturer a lot of item so 0% possibility that are ⊗⊗⊗⊗....

They never asked invoices only generic documents on my activity.

If They Want i have A lot of legit invoices :lol::lol:

For the split i can't split in a lot of accounts to achieve 5000 per month
Except for the summer i Do this amount in 2 Days only on ebay (i sell on personal site and accept paypal)

Sadly - there is always a reason ....just you may not know what it is but PP's system does.

Submit what you want but keep in mind that in the end, PP can decide to keep you blocked and make you wait 180 days...truth be told.
