Well, my paypal got limited and i was wondering if i remove that paypal and make a new one, would my ebay get limited? Thanks.

By limited, do you mean the permanent limitation where they don't want to take any more payments and are holding your money for 180 days? What was the reason given?

If you just create another PayPal and attach it to the same eBay acount, they will be linked instantly.

No, its limited until i send in bank and card statements and invoices. This was after i sent in proof of address, confirming my card and bank.

Its basically gone, as i dont want to be sending in bank docs and invoices. So can i unlink it from my ebay and attach another one?

No. The second one would also get limited.

You will either need to give PP what they want, or start again with a new EB and PP
