Can't send any payments from pp (not limited)
 

Hi,
Recently I have been trying to send some payments to several people/companies as well as to my other account created just for testing purposes. All of those payments are getting blocked (we can't send your payment at the moment). I tried contacting them several times but they send me their copy and paste message about their system blocking weird looking payments. One of them also called me and told me to change pass / sec questions to fix the problem but it still didn't help. What can I do to send the payment? ;/

call them, they'll remove the flags

They already called me this saturday. Told me to change pass and security question and that this should be enough and that transactions will be working. But they are not.

wait for 2-4 days, don't try to send anything, then try.

I'll have to do it that way. I just called them, they already did that flag cleaning last saturday and atm they can't do anything about my account. All that is left is to wait I guess, if not I will withdraw my funds and close this stupid pp.

They flag your account. Happened to me once. I would drain that account balance and trash it.

I'm also getting "Contact Support" message when I try to send money... Is my account flagged? Should I trash it?

It's Paypal automatic security system blocking you . You must call Paypal for them to override it. Be ready to answer identity questions.

this happens to me from time to time. best thing to do is wait 24 hrs and try again. and you should get all the money out because these flags usually mean your account is under a soft limitation.

Best way is to call them up and wait for a few days for the changes to be made to yur account.

Try waiting it out a bit. Normally the message will go away after some time. Your drawing attention to the account somehow which is why they are preventing you from sending.

paypal has recently started doing this to accounts that have not completed a withdrawal


make a successful withdrawal to a bank to build trust before sending any future payments on any newer paypal accounts from now on.

This is a result of all the Phishing Scams from China - they get passwords from Phishing, login to your Account, and drain it.

Although it's NOT our Problem, Paypal still puts it on us since they're not FDIC Insured, it all comes out of their pockets.

But they try to convince you it's for YOUR PROTECTION.
Bull****, it's for THEIR Protection!

This occurs sometimes and is nothing to do with not having made a withdrawal. The only thing you can do, apart from calling in, is to wait it out. However you are usually able to make other payments at this time
