Does anyone have any updated phone numbers for the office of executive escalations? The ones already on the internet are outdated

They dont have any these days, there are un-contactable by phone, for a reason.

Their 0800 number is a joke. They all trained to give out pre scripted responses no matter what you ask

presumably the OP is referring to the US not UK

I'm just trying to get more info out of them as to reason for limitation. They just put transaction violation and said it could be counterfeit but they have no evidence of this as there is no neg feedback and all 100% so they just keep repeating and not saying how they come to this conclusion.

Their email is executiveoffice@paypal.com but your message will most likely be redirected by them to regular customer service, you then need to reply and demand to have your case transferred back to executive escalations, for better effect you should also mention something like reporting to relevant authorities or contacting media.
