SSN/Real name connected to Decade old limited account. Stays on forever ?
 

Over a decade ago I had a paypal account. Real account, all my personal info given to them.

I had an unfair chargeback for an item that was delivered.
This was outside of Ebay.

I played hardball with PP and they limited my account EVEN after I had added money to make my balance zero.

I've had stealths since then (very minor stuff), but I am getting serious about selling and wondering how I can use (close) to my real name with PP.

So if I just open a business, I imagine they will ask for last 4 of my Soc from what I've been reading.
Will that automatically be linked and then limited ?

I have searched the forums first for this question but can't find an answer.
