Limited paypal
 

Hello All,

So today one of my paypals got limited, they are asking for Supplier contact info, invoices, Delivery confirmation and resolve all cases on paypal


First of all it doesn't tell me what orders they want delivery confirmation for (I'm guessing the 4 worth £200 each) which i linked onto each transaction.

And i have no cases on paypal and i never have had any.

I feel as if its a bit of a light weight limitation and they just want more info about the 4 transactions which happened over the last week.

Any Advice is much appreciated!!

You simply have to provide the information they are asking for. The letter is probably a form letter, so if you have no cases on PayPal just mention that in your response.

The only potential issue I see here is your merchandise. If it is a hot brand name item, they may be looking for an authorized supplier of that brand.

All you can do is give them what they are asking for and hope for the best.

Jeff is right.
Give them what they want and hope for the best because with paypal even giving them all the info theyre asking for is no guarantee for having a limitation removed. If they see anything they don't like and cannot figure out they'll suspend with the possibility if appealing.

the products i sell are completely unbranded but quite a popular unbranded product at the moment

Sadly, many times I have noticed is that if PP gives you a whole list to resolve....it increases chances of not being reinstated even if done....so fyi on time put in

Even if you have unbranded items, provide them all the information they want. Although chances are less, but still its worth trying.

rsot, they gave me a list but only 2 of them can be properly completed by anybody

no hahah didn't even get a chance to provide bank statement and 1 other thing they added on.

Great feeling logging into gmail and seeing that email come through, such a relief
