Paypal Limited asking Information
 

Hi so I had a paypal account couple of years old. I didnt use it for a while and started using it. I had recieved a message now from paypal saying I need to provide them with invoices and photo id and tracking number of the items being delivered to the buyer. My question here is has anyone had this issue and provided this information to paypal and removed the limitations or should I just ignore this account and create a new account?

If I create a new account on the same computer can it be linked to the old paypal account since I used this computer to login to the old paypal. I will make it using a new user account on windows?
Can anybody let me know please

i would start fresh and link free WHILE providing the info but I would not hold my breath on 100% success.

You need a new user account on windows - that will work well for new pp - and all new info

Hi rsot! Yes I contacted paypal and they told me that they might unlimit the account or still keep the account in limitation even though I provide them the information. What is required in order to open a new paypal. I know a new name email address and phone number. Will I be required to put a new bank account right away. Will I be able to wait a couple of days or will I need to add the bank account right away in order to receive payment? Could you please let me know rsot. Thank you for your help!

You also need a new IP to not link you to the old account.

Are you aware of that?
