PayPal £1900 Account limited ID Help
 

Im not sure if anybody can advice me.
Ive reached the £1900 threshold and gone over by quite a bit, they want ID. The stealth address ive used is a family member so the plan was get a cheap mobile phone contract at this address get a bill and use my passport that doesn't have my address on it because that address is banned. Now my old account that got taken down was all real. This time ive slightly changed my first name thats all will they some how be able to link my old account to this stealth account via same DOB and slightly different name. I really dont want to risk it but Ive got a bit of money left in there that I now cant withdraw.

Right okay, so you think they will link it to my old account? I never sent ID last time so they wont have anything like that on me. So I need to PM somebody and they will help.

so it is your real name and dob? ok then go for your passport (as no address on it) and then as you said, get a bill in the correct address, either real way or art way.....

your question re will they link you to 1st real account, yes they might if it is in same name...but still worth a try....

No one can give you a guaranteed answer to that question but they probably won't link the accounts but it all depends on how 'simlar' the names on the accounts are. same date of birth isn't that big of a problem but if other info(like address, name, IP address and computer(this won't be a problem if you clear your cookies)).

I Have sent them the required documents for my paypal £1900 limit , is it normal for them to stop me from receiving payments too , as I could at first but buyers have been messaging me saying they cant make a payment

It is advised not to receive payments before they say "yes" to your documents.

Has paypal totally put your account on hold where you can't even transfer/withdraw your money because unless that's the case you better withdraw your money before submitting documents. You can buy documents in the marketplace.

So in the UK they do not ask for something like a Social Security number, only photo id? Maybe a tax id?

They just want photo ID and proof of address in the UK
